The 3 Ring Circus Comes to Town

It's already December, how is that even possible?
Things are running smoothly around the house, if by smoothly, I mean that each and every second of our day the kids are fighting for my attention. Being a mother of 3 is really a balancing act, in a 3 ring circus, Literally.

The First Ring: Bryan 10

Our 1st year of home schooling is going as expected, it's literally tough, but the moments we have shared together are creating a very tight bond between us that was almost lost. My child is a genius, I love watching his creativity and his enth
usiasm for Science and Social Studies. He has written 2 essays that are completely amazing, I should share them with you. His dad is currently in Afghanistan they get to Skype with each other which is a phenomenal high tech gadget.

The Second Ring: Lincoln Jaeger 3

Started preschool, and of course he is doing wonderful. The teachers love his personality and his excitement for music and dance. He comes home every day and teaches us something new, on Wednesdays they have a sign language teacher come in and I am so impressed with how much of it he is really learning, each time he signs
something new I am flabbergasted.
He and Bryan are starting Kuk So
ol Won and I can't wait to see how well each of them will do. Tonight is his 1st Christmas program and I can't wait to see if you will be a lil performer like his mommy, or shy like his daddy.

The Third Ring: Harley Rae 18 mos

Wow, The Lil Princess, there is so much to s
ay about having a daughter, it's truly wonderful. She is such a character, she follows the boys around and pesters them every second. She's so smart and funny. She loves dancing, clapping, and tries snapping her little fingers. I think she is really close to being potty trained, however her vocabulary consist of "uh oh" "ma ma" "da da" and "bub Bub" we're waiting any second for her to start reciting "The Declaration of Independence" or something crazy. It's so awesome watching her with her Daddy.

Family Update

Wow, it's been a while since I posted anything here. So here it goes.
Dillon and I are still very happily married. He is working hard, bringin home the bacon as they say. he he he, which in all reality is a true blessing considering the economy is so bad for most right now. I am still a stay at home mom to our 3 amazingly beautiful children.
Bryan will be 10 next month, this year we have decided to home school, for many reasons, but that is an entirely different topic.
Lincoln is now 3 and starts preschool this year, which I am semi-hesitant about, however I think it might be good for him, we'll see. The problem is that clothes are required at school, and Lincoln might have a slight problem with that. Just kidding, LOL
Harley Rae is 15 months, she is gorgeous. She is totally a girl, I mean I really had no idea how different it would be, but after having the two boys, she really brings a whole new dynamic to the family. However, she will probably be the toughest one of the bunch.

Sometimes it's overwhelming with 3 kids and a husband who works A Lot. But everyone keeps telling me to cherish these moments because You're gonna miss it. So I try to do just that, each and every day, cherish my babies, because it won't be like this for long. (by the way, those are two of the greatest songs) LMBO.

How Time Flies!!!

So much has happened since the last post. Lincoln is crawling, and he got his first tooth. We call him the fastest little stink bug in town because he seriously crawls with his butt in the air, on hands and feet and seriously covers some ground. His little personality is forming more and more every day and I fear I have another brilliantly mischevious child in the making.

Bryan is playing baseball, it is his first year of coach pitch and he is doing super good. He is the 2nd to the smallest kid on his team, but he hits and plays better than most of them. But what can I say, He is my son. HE HE HE

Dillon is working hard, which is better than hardly working, because god knows the ecomony sucks right now, and most people in his line of work are struggling to stay busy. He is truly enjoying fatherhood, but until Lincoln is weined from the Ninny the real father and son time will have to wait.

I am good, busy, but good, we are currently in the process of buying our first home, which as some of you know is pretty stressful, but things are going well, and the home we are buying is absolutely perfect, so all is well, we should close on may 10th. I will post again, with pics and good news.

Love to all,

My Birthday

WOW, I turned 29 on the 15th of January. I spent the day being lazy with Lincoln, baked a pie and waited for the other two wonderful men in my life to come home. They sang me Happy Birthday and I got a wonderful Hillarious card. Then that Friday my hubby took me to dinner at a Little Itallian restuarant and some of the family and friends surprisingly joined us. The food was great and the company was fabulous, I got a delicious Chocolate cake and everyone sang me Happy Birthday again, the joke is that next year we will be wearing black veils and eating prunes. HE HE HE. I am so blessed to have such a wonderful family and great friends. I received a ton of birthday messages on myspace, and text messages and phone calls. It is so great to know that I am that loved. Yeah for me.

Growing Up Baby

Lincoln will be 6 months on the 23rd of this Month. I can't believe it. Every day he does something new, he says buu buuu bbuuuub, i think he might be trying to say "bubba" that is what we call Bryan, but who knows, he might just be a little genius, it's quite possible considering who his mother is. LOL His laughter fills the house and is especially funny when Bryan gets to laughing too. He has always gotten hiccups when he laughs and Lincoln does the same thing, it is too funny. I love my little boys so much, but I need a little girl, I think we will start trying in a couple of months, I must be insane, but I am so lucky to have such healthy beautiful children, and a great husband. I really think that being a Mommy is very fitting for me. It's crazy, and beautiful, and challenging, but oh so rewarding.

More Babies

I can't believe how many babies are on their way. First, my girlfriend Sarah will be having her 3rd, a little boy. and she still has no name for him. Then, on Nov5th, exactly one year after I found out I was pregnant with Lincoln, My cousin Rachael found out that she is pregnant with her 2nd. and Then, last night my cousin Sue called and she is also pregnant with her 2nd. Holy smokes, there are a lot of babies being born. I know I just got done having Lincoln but I can't wait to be pregnant again, Maybe next time a little girl to spoil. Congratulations to all my Mommies out there.

Holiday

The Holidays are here!!! I can't believe it, this time last year I had just found out that I was pregnant with little Lincoln and now we are getting ready to celebrate his first Thanksgiving. It is weird though, how things change. When I was a child, we spent our Holidays all together with family. Cousins, Aunts, Uncles, Grandparents. Extended family and friends. It was a big Pollock Festival. Ha Ha Ha. But now it seems that we have all gone our separate ways. Holidays are now spent with the "other" families. The In Laws. and it's sad for me. I miss the good old days, but things change, and I guess I need to accept it and move on. Now, I get to start new traditions with my children. I just hope that occasionally we can all get together again and celebrate the good times, those that have passed and those that are ahead of us.
